1. This machine is a new type of drying equipment developed by our factory and professional design institute on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced equipment and technology, which is used to dry paste like, filter cake like, thixotropic and heat sensitive powder like materials. Our factory can carry out drying test of various materials for users, provide data and assist in type selection.
Scope of application
Inorganic: borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.
Organic compounds: atrazine (pesticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, fungicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, etc.
Ceramics: kaolin, silica, clay, etc.
Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates.

Detailed introduction
Hot air tangent into the bottom of the dryer, driven by the stirrer to form a strong rotating wind field. The paste material enters into the dryer through the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating impeller, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shear. The massive material is crushed rapidly and fully contacted with the hot air, heated and dried. After dehydration, the dry material rises with the hot air flow, the grading ring intercepts the large particles, and the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring out of the dryer, and recycled by the cyclone separator and dust collector. Under the action of centrifugal force, the underdried or large materials are thrown to the wall of the dryer and fall to the bottom again to be crushed and dried.
