Jingjiang Xingguang three drum dryer is made up of three concentric cylinders with different diameters according to certain mathematical relationship and structural form, which are embedded and combined with the introduction of German advanced technology. High temperature hot air enters the central cylinder together with wet materials, then rotates, flows along the middle annular channel, and then rotates again to the outlet of the drying cylinder through the outer annular channel. The materials in each channel are transported under high temperature air pressure and dried in suspension. There are also blades in the channel to carry the scattered materials. The small particles almost pass through the dryer at the same speed as the air flow. The wet and heavy materials in the middle and outer annular channels fall down from the material flow, but due to the rotation of the drying cylinder, they are picked up again by the blades, return to the air flow, and constantly come out of the surrounding of the drying medium.
Under the action of this movement, the smaller fragments can be dried quickly and discharged from the drying cylinder quickly. The wet bulk materials will stay in the dryer for a long time. In this way, the drying of materials will be more uniform. When the hot air and the material flow together, there will be a strong heat and mass exchange. At the outlet of the drying cylinder, the temperature of the drying medium will drop to 80-120 degrees
