High temperature hot air and wet materials enter the central cylinder together, causing it to rotate and flow along the middle annular channel. Once again, it passes through the outer annular channel to the discharge port of the drying cylinder. The materials in each channel are transported under high-temperature airflow pressure and dried in a suspended state. There are also blades in the channel to carry scattered materials. The tiny particles pass through the dryer at almost the same speed as the air flow. The wetter and heavier materials in the middle and outer annular channels fall from the material flow, but are carried back by the blades due to the rotation of the drying cylinder, returning to the airflow and constantly being surrounded by the drying medium.
Under this movement, the smaller particles are quickly dried and discharged from the drying cylinder. Wet large pieces of crushed material are stored in the drying cylinder for a longer time.
